Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This Balsamic Salad Dressing is a bold and tangy blend with a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and umami flavors. Instead of traditional balsamic vinegar, we chose Worcestershire sauce for health reasons, as some may find vinegar too acidic or harsh on digestion. Worcestershire sauce provides a rich depth of flavor while being gentler on the stomach. Molasses and honey add natural sweetness, while lemon juice and liquid aminos enhance the umami complexity. Dry mustard, garlic, and salt bring warmth and seasoning, while extra virgin olive oil creates a smooth, velvety texture. Perfect for salads, roasted veggies, or marinades, this dressing offers a flavorful and gut-friendly alternative to traditional balsamic-based dressings.
