Soy or coconut flour gives it a smooth, creamy consistency, making it a perfect drizzle for salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies. Wholesome and flavor-packed, this dressing is a must-try for any meal.
Ingredients:
· ½ cup Lemon Juice
· ¼ cup Soy Flour OR Coconut Flour
· 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (OR) Pink Himalayan Salt
· 1-2 Garlic Cloves, small OR minced Garlic
· 1 teaspoon Turmeric
· 1 Pinch of Paprika
· 1½ teaspoon Maple Syrup
· ¼ cup Honey
· ¼-½ cup Water, as desired
· ¼ cup Olive Oil
Directions:
Blend well. For best results use a High-Speed Blender or Vitamix.
