Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Sweet, tangy, and perfectly spiced, this Honey Mustard Dressing is a delightful twist on a classic favorite! A vibrant blend of lemon juice, honey, and maple syrup creates the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, while turmeric, paprika, and garlic add depth and warmth. Soy or coconut flour gives it a smooth, creamy consistency, making it a perfect drizzle for salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies. Wholesome and flavor-packed, this dressing is a must-try for any meal.
 
Ingredients:
·       ½ cup Lemon Juice
·       ¼ cup Soy Flour OR Coconut Flour
·       1 teaspoon Sea Salt (OR) Pink Himalayan Salt
·       1-2 Garlic Cloves, small OR minced Garlic
·       1 teaspoon Turmeric
·       1 Pinch of Paprika
·       1½ teaspoon Maple Syrup
·       ¼ cup Honey
·       ¼-½ cup Water, as desired
·       ¼ cup Olive Oil
 
Directions:
Blend well. For best results use a High-Speed Blender or Vitamix.
