DID YOU KNOW? Sucanat is made by extracting juice from sugar cane, heating it, and then dehydrating it into granules. It is less processed than granulated or brown sugar. It has a deep molasses-like flavor and a tannish-brown color, has a coarser texture than regular sugar and contains more vitamins and minerals than granulated or brown sugar.
