Ingredients:

For the Noodles

4 ounces Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti

Pinch Sea Salt

Lo Mein

3 Tablespoons Corn or Vegetable Oil

24 ounces Stir Fry, Frozen

1 Cup Corn Kernels, Frozen

2 Cup Broccoli Florets, Frozen

Pinch White Pepper

4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos

1-1/2 teaspoon Chili Oil

2 teaspoons Sesame Oil

Pinch Sesame Seeds (opt)

Directions:

1. Follow directions on Spaghetti. Add a pinch of Sea Salt to the boiling water.

2. Drain Spaghetti and set aside.

3. Turn Oil on Medium Heat f0r 5 minutes, then add Stir Fry.

4. Add the Corn and stir.

5. Add the Broccoli and stir.

6. Then add White Pepper.

7. Stir all ingredients thoroughly.

8. Add the Spaghetti noodles: like so, trying not to break the noodles:


9. Then add the Sesame Oil and stir.
