Ingredients:

  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 Bag Boca Meat (16 oz)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced

  • 1 Whole Onion, Diced

  • 1 Can Black Olives, Sliced

  • 5 Green Onions, Diced

  • 2 Tablespoons Basil, Dried

  • 2 Tablespoons Oregano, Dried

  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried

  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Dried

  • 3 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds

  • 1 Italian Sausage, Sliced (opt)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the pizza mix ahead of time: Sauté all ingredients for 15 minutes, then allow to cool. Freeze the mixture in separate containers, labeled and dated, so it’s ready whenever you want to make pizza.

  2. Prepare the crust: When ready to make pizza, thaw the frozen mixture. Use a ready-made pizza crust (check the ingredient list to your preference).

  3. Brush with olive oil: Spread olive oil evenly across the crust, going all the way to the edges.

  4. Season: Sprinkle oregano, basil, and fennel seeds evenly over the oil.

  5. Add the sauce: Spread your prepared sauce evenly over the crust, stopping just before the edge to leave a border.

  6. Top with pizza mix: Spread the thawed sautéed ingredients evenly over the sauce.

  7. Bake: Cook at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, or until the crust reaches your desired level of crispness.Optional: If adding fresh basil, place it on the pizza 2 minutes before the timer ends, then continue baking for 2 more minutes.

  8. Serve: Enjoy with a drizzle of peperoncino or your favorite hot chili oil.

  9. Yields: 12 mini pizzas (6–9 inches each).
