Berry Berry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie is a refreshing and nutrient-packed blend, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Made with ripe, juicy blueberries, this smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. Add a banana or handful of spinach for an extra boost of nutrition. This smoothie is a simple, satisfying way to enjoy a naturally sweet and healthy treat! Many people add ice to a smoothie, but that just dilutes it. You can make a healthy smoothie without using any ice.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 Cup Frozen Fruit (Mango, Pineapples, Strawberries)

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

12 oz Pineapple Juice

Directions:

Just drop everything into the blender and let 'er go!


Did you know? There’s little to no water in a smoothie, so be sure to drink your regular amount of water each day. Smoothies are not a substitute for staying hydrated!

Put everything in the blender.

You wil find that you will have to "swirl" it around to make sure it is moved properly.
