1 Tablespoon Tony Cachere

Please note that this food product contains MSG, so we only use it on special occasions like Thanksgiving.
Combine all Seasonings
Open can of FriChik, squeeze the liquids out of the meat individually, then divide in half (using a knife) to fillet the meat.
3. Using a spoon, sprinkle seasoning on the "cut" side.
4. Pre-heat the corn oil or vegetable oil at medium heat. Dip each piece in juice from the can, then dip into all purpose flour, coating both sides.
5. Then place FriChik meat into skillet in 1/2 inch of oil (preferably cast iron because it cooks evenly).
6. Cook each side for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, then cook on the other side. Ejnoy while it is hot or warm.
Note: these Frichik meat patties can be frozen and you won't even notice that it was in the freezer (been there, done that!). To re-heat, place them in the oven at 150 degrees to 200 degrees for about 15-30 minutes.
