Sound of Manna for the month of February: A beautiful, uplifting song by Rebekah Dawn featuring Bethuel Lasoi.

Lyrics for "Your Love is Amazing" by Rebekah Dawn & Bethuel Lasoi:

I see everything that I need here

All that I want yet it's so clear

I am unworthy of love like yours

Oh how my heart yearns to fix all my brokenness

Wash me of fear and of hopelessness

You see something inside me that you call beautiful

Oh how I long for your holy embrace

but I see my past that I cannot erase

yet you see it all and you don't look away

what kind of love is this?

Your arms open wide and you will call me in

I cannot describe I can't even begin

To fathom this love never known before

You are mine and I am yours

You see all my failures and love me the same

Your kindness and mercy have opened the way

I stand here forgiven and covered by grace

I am overwhelmed by your wonderful love,

Now everything that was broken

It mended with grace you have spoken

Peace into every place of fear

Oh how my soul sings of joy that's unspeakable

Freely given me freedom and I see something miraculous

Ashes have now become beautiful

Captured inside of your holy embrace

Mercy forgives what I cannot erase

Redeeming my heart every moving disgrace

What kind of love is this?

Your arms open wide and you will call me in

I cannot describe i can't even begin

To fathom this love never known before

You are mine and I am yours

You see all my failures and love me the same

Your kindness and mercy have opened the way

To stand here forgiven and covered by grace

I am overwhelmed by your love

Your love is amazing

So amazing

Your love is amazing

So amazing

Your love is amazing

So amazing

Your love is amazing

So amazing

Your love is amazing

So amazing

Your grace is amazing

so amazing

Your mercy amazing

so amazing

so amazing

Arms open wide and you welcome me in

I cannot describe I can't even begin

To fathom this love never known before

You are mine and I am yours

You see all my failures and love me the same

Your kindness and mercy have opened the way

To stand here forgiven and covered by grace

I am overwhelmed by your Wonderful Love

Exercise of the Month: "Sit to Stand" exercise, also commonly referred to as a "chair rise" or "chair stand.". Do this exercise 10 times, 5 days per week, 3 times per day. It primarily strengthens the muscles in your thighs, hips, and glutes, which are crucial for sitting and standing up. It is often used to improve balance and mobility, particularly for older adults or people with limited lower body strength. Ideally, you should perform a sit to stand without using your hands for assistance.

  1. It's time to remove the Pita Bread from the freezer. If you remove it from the freezer beforehand, the crust will be soggy. Cut the Pita in half so it is easier to plate later. Spread the Eggplant mixture onto the Pita.
